About Mailvex
Mailvex is a builder for on-brand emails. It assembles a message from ready-made blocks, applies your brand book to every element, and outputs clean HTML that works in any email marketing service.
The problem it solves
Building an email is different from building a web page: email clients don't support modern HTML, and Outlook needs its own workarounds. As a result, an email that looks great in a browser can fall apart for half of your recipients.
This is usually solved by hiring a coder or buying ready-made templates that still have to be reworked to fit your brand. Mailvex removes both steps: the email is assembled from blocks, and your brand styling is applied automatically.
How it works
- Upload your brand book as a PDF or fill in a short survey — the service extracts the colors, fonts and logo
- Choose a ready-made template or build an email from blocks from scratch
- Replace text and images with your own; ask the AI to write the copy if needed
- Download the HTML or send a test email to yourself before sending it out

Compatibility with email clients
Emails are built on tables with inline styles, so every major email client renders them correctly. Buttons use the bulletproof method with VML, so in Outlook the whole button stays clickable — not just the text label. Dark mode is supported, and there are separate spacing settings for mobile screens.
Who it's for
- Marketers who run email campaigns without a designer on the team
- Agencies that need to assemble emails quickly for different clients
- Small shops and online schools with regular email campaigns
